History

Mr. Pazooki (The senior), began his work in 1977 by establishing PanteA trading. His company began trading many types of lubricant products as the first private consulting company in this field in Iran.
In 1997 Mr. Pooya Pazooki started his career in the same field from PanteA trading. In 2000 he started his own business by imported products. He was successful to expand the business with some blue chip brands like Shell, Mobil, Esso, Chevron, Fuchs, TOTAL, etc. and managed to make a contract with TOTAL lubricants in 2003 to work as an authorized distributor in Iran which is still continued. In 2008 Steen oil Co. was established. This company successfully continue the lubricants business focused on imported products until now.
In 2010 Pakhsh Steen Ravankaran Co., a distribution network has been established.
In 2011, Steen Construction Co. has established.
In 2012, YPZ Co. focused in base oil business has been established.
In 2013, Steen Group in order to manage the sub companies has organized.
In 2015 Ettehad Co. which is a consortium of 15 lubricants distributors (64% of share belong to Mr. Pazooki) was established. In 2016 this company started to blend locally using third party.
